THE 30 HARD - NOVEMBER EDITION will be focusing on DISCIPLINE.
The program consists of:
30 days of professionally programmed 30 minute workouts that can be done at home or at the gym.
30 days of nutritional check points. You will hold YOURSELF accountable.
30 days of NO Alcohol. ZERO. NOTHING.
30 days of 20 minutes of OUTDOOR activity. ZERO Excuses.
30 days of 10 minutes of guided meditation a day.
To join, you must fill out the application and you must have:
A set of Dumbbells
A smart phone to download the app that will be provided to you.
Access to FaceBook for accountability group.
This program will Guarantee results WITH 100% Discipline.

THURSDAY - 10/10/10 (CARDIO/STRENGTH/CORE) (WEIGHTS REQUIRED)

Forever Young Family Fitness offers both personal and partner training either in the studio or in the comfort of your own home through Skype, Zoom or FaceTime
Strength and Stretch class is hosted Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am Classes are held at the Port Dover Community Centre. Classes are included in membership fees for active members.
