January Consistency Challenge

𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 ➡️ the Facebook group will remain active so you will have access to videos even after the challenge ends. Did you know that we started these challenges back in 2018 and individuals still reference the videos!

Registration details 👇 


1️⃣ Grab a partner and register together 

$80 plus HST ($40 plus HST each - total paid by one individual) 


Register as a single participant 

$50 plus HST 


2️⃣ To sign up, please send an email to foreveryoungfamilyfitness@gmail.com 

Stating the name of the participant(s) as well as Facebook alias 


3️⃣ Send an e transfer to foreveryoungfamilyfitness@gmail.com 

Please reference your full name in the remarks section of transfer 

$90.40 (hst included) for a pair registration 

$56.50 (hst included) for a single registration 


4️⃣ You must request an add to the Facebook group (I cannot add participants only accept requests). Your request will be activated on the morning of December 31st

Boxing Class

Boxing for all fitness levels!  You will partner up and learn the basic punch combinations.  This class is a fantastic way to get your sweat on while feeling those muscles work and being social at the same time.  There are a lot of laughs and chatter during the class.  

This class will be held as a drop in.


Location: Port Dover Health and Fitness (you do not have to be a member)

When: Please follow on Instagram for pop up classes (Mondays)

Time: 6:30pm

Cost: $20

**Please bring your own gloves (There are a few for loan - must reserve prior to class).  Sparing mitts are provided

January TRX Class

This class is host by Forever Young Family Fitness and is open to all fitness levels.  New to TRX?  Throughout this class you will be using your own body weight with the suspension straps to move through a variety of different exercises.  You are taught proper form as well as difference stances depending on your fitness level or injury/mobility limitations. 

This class will be held as a drop in.


Location: Port Dover Health and Fitness (you do not have to be a member)

When: Please follow on Instagram for pop up classes (Wednesdays)

Time: 6:30pm

YOU get to arrange a group of friends, pick the class type and time as well as location.  Melissa will program a fun and challenging class along with all the equipment required (some class types might require participants to bring a few items).   Check the class types offered below.  If there is a specific class that would like Melissa to host, please contact her directly.

CUSTOMIZED VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

If you are looking for a more cost effective way to train with the assistance of a fitness personal, then this option might be for you.  During the initial free consultation, you will be asked about your goals, obstacles, access to equipment, limitations as well as your current lifestyle.  Melissa will customize a 4 week program for you based on information gathered during the consultation.  You will also have weekly calls with Melissa to address any concerns, talk about progress and discuss micro weekly goals.  If you are interested in learning more, contact Melissa to book your free consultation.

DRYLAND/GYM TRAINING FOR YOUTH ATHLETES

Are you a sports team looking to include dryland/gym training to your schedule?  Melissa will meet with the coach of the team to go over objectives for the training program.  All key areas will be included in the program; agility, speed, flexibility and strength.

Strength and Stretch class is hosted Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am  Classes are held at the Port Dover Community Centre.  Classes are included in membership fees for active members.
